What Should Your Ad Say? By advertising on Militarytowns.com you are aiming your ad not at the general public or people who already live in your community but at military personnel and their families which is a more narrow target segment. To make a connection with them you need to tell how you can help them in particular.

What Should Your Ad NOT Say? Military people are very sensitive about giving out private information. Do not ask for that until you have established a rapport with them. You can ask for their preferences about your product (Number of bedrooms and baths, etc.) but don't expect them to give you their Social Security Number or Credit Card information until it is absolutely necessary.
